1. Sponsor
The sponsor is Cracked Film Lab, operated by Cracked Film Lab LLC with a mailing address of 11684 N Standard Dr Spokane Wa 99218 (“Sponsor”).
@spophotoclub is a promotional partner and is not a co-sponsor or administrator of this giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Washington State who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of the Sponsor may be excluded where required or appropriate under applicable law.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins October 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends November 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.
4. Prize
One eligible winner will receive:
One 5-pack of Kodak Portra 400 35mm film.
$150 in Cracked Film Lab credit toward eligible film development and scanning services.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $230
The lab credit is subject to the following restrictions: 12 months before expiratoin. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or other expenses not expressly included in the prize.
5. Ways to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not guarantee winning.
A. Free Social-Media Entries
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter for free by completing the following steps on Instagram:

Like the official giveaway post.
Comment on the giveaway post, tagging a friend who enjoys film photography.
Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag both @crackedfilmlab and @spophotoclub.
Each eligible comment tagging a different friend counts as one entry. There is no daily limit on eligible social-media comment entries. Each comment must comply with these Official Rules and Instagram’s applicable terms and policies.
Entrants must complete the required actions for their entries to qualify. The follow, like, and Story-share steps may be completed once for a series of eligible comment entries, provided the entrant maintains the required follow status and the Sponsor can verify the required actions during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor may request reasonable proof of a Story share if it cannot be verified directly.
Duplicate comments tagging the same friend, comments that do not meet these requirements, entries generated by bots or automated methods, and entries submitted through deceptive or abusive means may be disqualified.
If an entrant’s Instagram account is private and the Sponsor cannot verify the Story share, the entrant must provide reasonable proof of the share upon request.
B. Purchase-Based Entries
An eligible entrant may earn three (3) purchase-based entries by placing one qualifying order for film products or Cracked Film Lab services during the Promotion Period.
Qualifying orders may be placed through the Cracked Film Lab website or in person at the Halloween Photo Walk on October 30, 2026. An online order picked up at Fern qualifies in the same way as another qualifying online order.
Purchase-entry limit: Each person may receive purchase-based entries for no more than one (1) qualifying order per calendar day, based on Pacific Time. Each qualifying order earns three (3) entries, regardless of the number of qualifying items included in the order. Additional orders placed by the same person on the same calendar day do not earn additional purchase-based entries.
Entries are awarded per qualifying order, not per item purchased. Canceled or fully refunded orders may be deemed ineligible, and associated entries may be removed.
For purchases made at the Halloween Photo Walk, the event-attendance entry described below counts as one of the three total entries available when the attendee makes a qualifying purchase at the event. A qualifying event purchase therefore earns two additional entries beyond the event-attendance entry, for three total entries from attending and purchasing at the event. No additional purchase-entry award is added on top of those three entries for that same event purchase.
C. Free Halloween Photo Walk Entry
An eligible entrant may earn one (1) free entry by attending the Halloween Photo Walk at We F.E.W. on October 30, 2026, and signing in through the designated event check-in process.
No purchase is required to attend or receive the event-attendance entry.
An attendee who makes a qualifying purchase at the event receives two additional entries, for three total entries from attending and purchasing at the event, as described in Section 5.B.
6. Entry Verification and Restrictions
All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated in violation of these rules, or otherwise inconsistent with the stated entry requirements.
The Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to confirm an entrant’s eligibility or a qualifying purchase. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.
Entries are personal to the eligible entrant and may not be transferred or sold. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding entry verification will be made in good faith and subject to applicable law.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing is expected to take place on or about November 17, 2026.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from @crackedfilmlab on Instagram on or about November 17, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to award the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for messages that are undelivered, overlooked, filtered, or inaccessible due to account settings or technical issues.
9. Publicity
Where permitted by law, the winner may be asked to consent to the Sponsor announcing their Instagram handle and/or first name in connection with the giveaway. No publicity consent is required where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the potential winner, award the prize, and carry out related business purposes as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
The Sponsor does not sell or rent entrants’ personal information. Information may be processed by service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway or operate the Sponsor’s business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
