As many of you may recall, in early 2025 Jaymie was involved in an accident that left her unable to fully use her right arm for several months. Despite ongoing weekly therapy, she never regained full function due to nerve damage, along with lasting limitations in mobility and strength.

Because of this, she brought on an additional team member — her now-husband Austin — who has since taken over the more labor-intensive tasks that require full arm use.

Jaymie will soon be undergoing surgery in hopes of restoring function so she can return to developing film and fully participating in the hands-on work she truly loves.

At this time, we are estimating about two weeks before reopening with Austin’s help once Jaymie is safely through the immediate post-operative period. However, this timeline is only an estimate, and recovery may require a longer closure depending on how healing progresses. Our goal is to reopen as soon as it is responsibly possible, even if that means operating with slower turnaround times at first.
